And in the beginning...we created Lincoln.
Its been a year now since we started the entity called lincoln, a college that was to produce the leaders of the future backed by an ideology of Education 360 infusing knowledge, skills and personalty development in everything we do with students. In a year we have had our first intake of 165 students who have gone on into First Year medicine and dentistry the world over. They are the crowd that stands out united in a sea of mediocrity, but the engines which produced them left much to be wanting. Make no mistake the current intake is touching 70 within the first three weeks of the year. Still, the just in time processes has to give way to an innovative structure that will propagate and self sustain with a kaizen mentality. Lincoln now must stand on its own and live on its own as a culture as a spirit and as a beacon for the young minds of the present to shine the path of our collective futures. This is my legacy, their tapestry and our tomorrow.
